Your Role:
As a Sales Support for the International region, you will assist the International Account Manager in daily operations, sales administration, and customer support. Your goal is to help ensure that our international clients receive timely and professional service.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the International Account Manager
Prepare and maintain customer documents, price lists, and sales materials
Assist with order processing and follow-up with logistics, warehouse, product development, marketing, and finance teams
Coordinate communication with clients, answering questions and resolving basic issues
Support, either in person at trade shows and client meetings, or from the office while the account manager is away on travel
Help track sales performance and compile reports
Your Profile:
Fluent in English; additional language(s) are a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with AFAS is a plus
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Pro-active
Residing in the Netherlands
MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent work experience
