Your Role:
As an International Account Manager, you are responsible for developing sales and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in designated international regions. You will take the lead in creating sales strategies and identifying opportunities to grow our brand internationally.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships, both with existing and new customers
Conduct regular client visits internationally (approximately 50% travel expected)
Create and manage a network of stakeholders including distributors, resellers, retail contacts, and marketing teams
Ensure optimal product display and rotation in stores and online by refreshing listings with clients based off market trends and clients’ needs
Support with the creation and maintenance of business documents including price lists
Resolve product or service issues by analyzing complaints, identifying solutions, and ensuring prompt resolution with follow-up
Represent the company at relevant trade shows and events
Your Profile:
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with AFAS is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Pro-active and solution-focused
Residing in the Netherlands
Bachelor’s or equivalent level of education/work experience
