International Account Manager 

  • Location:  Almere, Netherlands, with frequent international travel.

Your Role:
  

As an International Account Manager, you are responsible for developing sales and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in designated international regions. You will take the lead in creating sales strategies and identifying opportunities to grow our brand internationally.  


Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, both with existing and new customers 

  • Conduct regular client visits internationally (approximately 50% travel expected) 

  • Create and manage a network of stakeholders including distributors, resellers, retail contacts, and marketing teams 

  • Ensure optimal product display and rotation in stores and online by refreshing listings with clients based off market trends and clients’ needs 

  • Support with the creation and maintenance of business documents including price lists 

  • Resolve product or service issues by analyzing complaints, identifying solutions, and ensuring prompt resolution with follow-up 

  • Represent the company at relevant trade shows and events 

Your Profile: 

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with AFAS is a plus 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills 

  • Pro-active and solution-focused 

  • Residing in the Netherlands 

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent level of education/work experience
